Texas Parks and Wildlife Web site rates Lake Nacogdoches cat fishing as fair. I'd say fairly good as on our first trip there we caught 10 channel cats with 5 of them weighing between 4 and 5 pounds each. Here Cathy puckers up to give this big

Lake Nac is well know as a trophy bass lake, we will see about the cat fishing if it hold up as the weather warms.
