This Girl Wanted to be a Blog Character...

That's right. Insisted. Paid the money and everything. Even against my insistence she had probably had been a blog character before, but maybe not with like her own full page or something but as an accessory to others. 

Anyway she got it, my niece Samantha. Pictured here with boyfriend Mitchell (hmmm, he did not mention if he wanted to be a blog character...) and Cathy who is always a blog character. They all gather around a big trash barrel, an important picture prop which helps facilitate the shelling of crawdads at last weekends boil. 

Bottom photo dates back to a family gathering at Christmas, a close up so ya'll can recognize her real good at the next fish fry/crawdad boil and say things like "I remember that picture on the blog where you had a crawdad shell stuck in your teeth."
