Firewood...

One thing about a hurricane is that firewood gets easy to come by. I guess if this tree had fell on my house I might not be so happy, but at least I could have burned it up with extreme malice.

Me and Cathy cut most of a downed tree at Pop and Geneva's this past weekend. Makes you feel like a good hippie, recycle the fallen tree, let nothing go to waste. Just let that old cold John McCain get elected, we will be warm this winter.

Lumberjack Song
I'm a lumberjack, and I'm okay.
I sleep all night. I work all day.
He's a lumberjack, and he's okay.
He sleeps all night and he works all day.
I cut down trees. I eat my lunch.
I go to the lavatory.
On Wednesdays I go shoppin' And have buttered scones for tea.

Chorus : I'm a lumberjack, and I'm okay. I sleep all night and I work all day.I cut down trees. I skip and jump. I like to press wild flowers. I put on women's clothing And hang around in bars.

Never know what you get when you google lumberjack. Oh well, the older you will get...
