Cool it at the Lake...

A trip to the lake for a cooling paddle in the rubber boat gives us a couple of nice pictures, both of which made by Cathy. First one shows me sweating my butt off after huffing and puffing on the inflatable in the blinding white hot afternoon heat. But wait look thorough the truck windows and you see the cool lake waters just behind me. The camera and light are playing some tricks. Second photo is moon rise over pink sundown looking through the pines. Lot cooler in this photo. In fact deepening shade, breeze off the water and wet bathing suits made for a slight shiver.
