I Know You Are Expectinging a Lenten Theme...

I just know you are expecting a profound Lenten Theme for today's entry. And I know if you look at the picture you will think that the thing I gave up for Lent was urination in French Quarter doorways. It's a dummy photo. I am not really doing it. I actually gave up urination in French Quarter doorways several decades ago.

This photo, in addition to showing off the nice embroidered used sport jacket I bought in the French Market is for my mom. It will keep her busy. Add a little stress because we do know that a healthy amount of stress is good for you. Because I know that people will call, the neighbors will come over and say, "Did you see that picture that Carl put of himself on the internet?" And then my mom will stir around, worry, and finely get some one to log her on the the net witch is good for you, learning new things, to see what the photo was. 

So I guess I'll find something else to give up for Lent. May be self importance, prideful showiness and so on.
